We
offer the Y.E.S. Agreement, Young’s Efficiency and Safety Agreement. The Y.E.S. Agreement provides a
thorough cleaning and precision tune-up of your heating and cooling
equipment. The additional benefits
of priority service status and a 10% discount on parts and repair labor are
included. Priority Service Status
is our promise to our YES Agreement owners that their repair call will be the
next one dispatched. They go to
the top of the list, regardless of how many other people have called in or how
long they have waited. We are assured that the proper performance of this
maintenance will keep your equipment operating safely and at its peak
efficiency. Your potential repair
costs can be reduced and you can extend the life of your furnace and air
conditioner. The bottom line is that you can save money and be more comfortable
in your home.
The YES Agreements are performed between
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday through Friday and on Saturday between 8:00 AM – 12:00
PM. We are available 24 hours
every day for emergency service if that unlikely event does occur after your
YES Agreement has been performed.
The YES Agreement is fully transferable to your new home in the local
area if you choose to move, or to subsequent owners of the current home. This Agreement is risk-free to you, if
your circumstances change or you are not satisfied, your investment of future
service will be refunded. The number and type of equipment in your home will
determine the price of your YES Agreement. Multiple unit and senior citizen discounts available.
The YES Agreement is a yearly agreement, with
usually one call in the spring for the cooling season and one call in the fall
for the heating season.
